  • We use our custom Verro formula to calculate e1RM (estimated one-rep max), the gold standard for tracking absolute strength. Knowing this and how it changes over time, informs the effectiveness of your training program.

    By tracking your estimated 1 rep max, we’ll monitor changes across time, analyze efficiency in six fundamental movement patterns, and test left/right performance to detect hidden asymmetries.

  • Using insights from your diagnostics, body composition, and e1RM, we analyze performance across six fundamental movement patterns through isometric and relative strength testing.

    By comparing left and right sides, we can detect hidden asymmetries because equal muscle size doesn’t always mean equal mechanical strength. At Verro, we aim to keep those differences within 10% or less, building programs that restore balance, optimize efficiency, and prevent injury before it starts.
