Training runs in 6-week progressive cycles tailored to your goals. Every session is tracked using Verro’s proprietary data system, logging sets, reps, weight, range of motion, bar speed, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). We use these metrics to reassess and evolve your training continuously for maximum progress.
