    • Initial Evaluation: 75-minute session: $225

    • Follow-up: 55-minute session: $175

    • Pre-natal package

      • Designed to support you through each trimester with personalized, one-on-one care that prepares your body for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. This package includes targeted strength training, hands on techniques, pelvic floor lengthening and mobility work, birth prep education, nervous system support, and guidance on daily movement, posture, and body mechanics.

    • Postpartum package

      Designed to help you heal, rebuild strength, and return to activity safely after childbirth. Includes a comprehensive pelvic floor assessment to evaluate muscle strength, endurance, coordination, and scar tissue mobility. As well as a diastasis recti screening to ensure proper core engagement and abdominal function. You’ll learn how to restore stability, improve breathing mechanics, and progressively return to exercise and running.

  • As physical therapists, we can treat a wide variety of impairments and diagnoses. We are also certified in working with patients who are pregnant and postpartum and want guidance on how to exercise safely.

    Some of the orthopedic and neuromuscular issues we can help with:

    • Neck, back, hip, and sacroiliac joint pain

    • Pelvic pain and dysfunction

    • Post-surgical recovery

    • Pregnancy and postpartum support

    • Chronic pain or movement limitations

  • Not in California. You can begin PT directly for up to 12 visits or 45 days without a referral.

  • We are out-of-network providers. We provide the highest quality of care for our patients and see everyone privately, one-on-one.

    Since we are an out-of-network provider, payment is due at the time of service. However, our services will go towards your out-of-network benefits and you do have the option of submitting a claim for reimbursement after treatment.

    If you choose to do this, we will provide you with a detailed invoice and are willing to help guide you through the process. You are solely responsible for submitting your invoice/superbill to your insurance company.


  • It varies by client and condition however many clients notice improvement within 4–6 sessions. Chronic or complex cases may require ongoing work so your therapist will reassess regularly to adjust your plan.

  • Pelvic floor therapy is physical therapy that treats disorders that are often related to the pelvis. Several common examples include, but are not limited to: incontinence (urinary leakage), Uterine prolapse, sexual pain or discomfort, low back/tailbone pain, and nerve injuries.

    Treatments may include manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as strengthening.
