With a B.S. in Human Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Francesca blends science, endurance, and strength into one cohesive philosophy: movement should be measurable, intentional, and empowering.
A seasoned endurance athlete, she’s completed multiple half marathons, a full marathon, and a 400+ mile relay race. These experiences have shaped her belief that fitness is equal parts physiology and mindset.
