Percentiles are vs the general population for your age and sex. Loaded lifts use e1RM/FFM. Pushups, dips, pull-ups and chin-ups use reps + RPE.
Loaded lifts: e1RM-based percentile for your age and sex.
Bodyweight lifts: reps + RPE estimate your max reps.
“Bottom 10th percentile” is just a starting point, not a judgment.
